Product Overview
This aluminum alloy interlocked bare armored cable is a high-performance low-voltage power cable specially designed for industrial, construction, photovoltaic, railway and building applications, with rated voltage 0.6-1KV, fully meeting the long-term stable operation needs of complex working conditions such as outdoor construction and industrial power transmission.
The conductor adopts AA8030 high-conductivity aluminum alloy, featuring high creep resistance, high flexibility, high elongation and improved tensile strength, which effectively avoids loose contact and fracture problems caused by long-term operation and thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring safe and stable circuit connection at all times.

Product Structure & Technical Features
Conductor Part:
Made of AA8030 high-conductivity aluminum alloy, with high creep resistance, high flexibility, high elongation and enhanced tensile strength, ensuring stable and safe electrical connection, no poor contact caused by thermal cycle and mechanical stress.
Insulation Layer:
Adopts 90°C cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material, equipped with excellent physical properties, outstanding heat resistance and aging resistance, allowing appropriate reduction of insulation thickness under the premise of ensuring insulation performance. It will not release corrosive or toxic gases when burned, and its environmental performance fully complies with modern fire safety standards and requirements.
Armored Layer:
Uses high-strength double steel belt interlocked bare armor, with strong pressure resistance and impact resistance, can withstand large external mechanical pressure, suitable for direct burial and complex environment laying, no need for additional bridge or protection pipe, realizing bridge-free installation.
Sheath Layer:
Made of environmentally friendly radiation-resistant PVC material, with good corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, moisture resistance, suitable for a wider range of application scenarios, long service life, not easy to age and crack.
