BTTZ High Temperature Resistant Copper Conductor Mineral Insulated Fire Resistant Industrial Cable Fireproof Cable Power Station is a high-reliability power distribution cable specially designed for core power station scenarios. With the core characteristic of High Temp Resistant Cable, it can operate stably in extreme high-temperature environments. Meanwhile, as a professional Power Station Use Cable, it perfectly adapts to the harsh power supply needs of key areas in power stations such as boiler areas, turbine rooms and distribution rooms. The product adopts a three-layer structure of high-purity T2 copper conductor + high-density inorganic mineral insulation + seamless copper sheath, with a high-temperature resistance grade of 250℃ (short-term resistance to above 1000℃) and Class A fire resistance (continuous power supply at 950~1000℃ for 180 minutes). It fully complies with GB/T 19666-2019, IEC 60702-1 power station cable standards, is halogen-free and heavy metal-free, releases no toxic smoke when burned, and passes RoHS certification.
As a High Temp Resistant Cable, its long-term working temperature range covers -60℃~250℃, which can resist high-temperature radiation and sudden temperature changes in power stations, avoiding aging and cracking of the insulation layer; as a Power Station Use Cable, its conductor cross-section covers 10~240mm², and the single-core design is suitable for high-voltage and high-current transmission needs of power stations. With a bending radius of ≥15D, it can be flexibly laid in narrow equipment gaps of power stations. The copper sheath has both electromagnetic shielding and grounding functions, simplifying the installation process of the power distribution system.
