BTTZ 450/750V Mineral Insulated Copper Conductor Core Industrial Mining Copper Sheath cable is a core power distribution cable specially designed for extreme mining environments. With Copper Sheath as the core protective structure, it combines high-strength impact resistance and strong corrosion resistance, perfectly adapting to the harsh working conditions of Mining Application Cable. Rated at 450/750V, the product adopts a three-layer structure of high-purity copper conductor (Grade T2) + inorganic mineral insulation + seamless Copper Sheath (thickness ≥1.0mm), holding a Class A fire resistance rating (950~1000℃) and maintaining stable power supply for more than 90 minutes in fire. It can resist moisture, dust, acid-base corrosion and mechanical impact in mine underground, fully complying with GB/T 19666-2019 and IEC 60702-1 mining cable standards.
As a professional Mining Application Cable, its conductor cross-section covers 10~240mm², and the single-core design is suitable for high-voltage power supply of mining equipment.
