Product Description
YJLV 0.6/1KV is an aluminum-core power cable, with its full model name: aluminum-core cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cable. As a high-performance Outdoor Aluminum cable designed for outdoor use, it is equipped with UV-resistant armour PVC outer sheath and high-density XLPE insulation layer, built with pure aluminum conductor to deliver stable performance for long-term outdoor and harsh engineering applications.
This durable Outdoor Aluminum cable also functions as a reliable Voltage Armor cable with a rated voltage of 0.6/1KV, dedicated to low voltage power transmission. It operates continuously at a long-term working temperature of 90°C and can withstand an instantaneous conductor short-circuit temperature of 250℃ within 5 seconds, featuring excellent insulation properties and extended service life for both indoor and outdoor engineering use.
YJLV is a standard Voltage Armor cable with reinforced armored PVC protection, and it can be installed indoors, in cable trenches, and within pipelines, and can also be buried in loose soil. However, it cannot withstand strong external forces under normal use conditions; when YJLV cables are laid underground, they can resist conventional mechanical external forces but cannot bear significant tensile forces or heavy extrusion. As a UV-resistant Outdoor Aluminum cable, it is widely applied in outdoor open-air laying, power distribution, automotive wiring, industrial, underground, mining, power station, railway and building projects, and the laying temperature must be ≥0℃ to ensure safe and standardized installation.

Features
The operating temperature is the maximum rated operating temperature of the conductor, which is 90°C; the maximum temperature during a short circuit shall not exceed 250°C, and the duration shall not exceed 5 seconds; the installation and laying temperature is the minimum temperature for cable installation and laying, which is not less than 0°C; for air-laid cables, the ambient temperature is 40°C; for soil-laid cables, the ambient temperature is 25°C.
