The JZ, JY, YSLY and OZ series form a complete family of flexible control cables engineered for reliable power and signal transmission in machinery, plant engineering and infrastructure projects. Built on Class 5 flexible stranded copper conductors, moisture-resistant PVC core insulation and an abrasion-resistant grey PVC outer sheath, this Industrial PVC Insulated Cable delivers stable electrical performance whether installed fixed, moved occasionally or exposed to machine vibration.

Sequentially numbered black cores - with a green-yellow protective conductor in JZ and OZ versions - make termination fast and error-free. That is why machine builders specify the series as their standard Industrial Control Cable for control cabinets, machine tools and process lines, and rely on it as a versatile Automation Wire in PLC circuits, servo and drive systems, sensor loops and instrumentation interfaces.

What is the difference between JZ, JY, YSLY and OZ?

JZ and OZ constructions include a green-yellow protective earth core, while JY and OB versions carry numbered cores only. YSLY is the harmonised European designation for the same PVC-insulated, PVC-sheathed flexible construction. All four markings can be printed on request.

Can this series be used in continuous drag-chain motion?

It is designed for free movement, occasional flexing and vibration. For continuous high-cycle drag-chain or torsion duty we honestly recommend our high-flex PUR series instead - matching the cable to the application is part of our engineering advice.

Which certifications ship with each order?

A CE Declaration of Conformity, RoHS and REACH statements and factory routine-test reports. Third-party inspection by SGS or TÜV can be arranged for project tenders.
