JP Low Voltage Power Factor Correction Distribution Cabinet

This versatile power factor correction distribution cabinet integrates power receiving, shunting, metering, overload and short-circuit protection, as well as reactive power compensation functions. It eliminates the need for separate installation of distribution boxes and compensation equipment, greatly saving on-site installation space and construction costs. The integrated structural design simplifies outdoor power grid layout and improves the overall neatness and standardization of terminal power distribution systems.

The built-in high-precision intelligent controller of this automatic power factor correction panel monitors grid power factor, load current and voltage changes in real time. It adopts stepless intelligent switching logic to automatically adjust capacitor input capacity, accurately maintaining the system power factor above 0.95. It effectively avoids reactive power waste, over-compensation and under-compensation phenomena, realizing unattended intelligent operation of outdoor power supply equipment.

The whole set of low voltage PFC distribution panel adopts high-strength cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel material, with multi-layer anti-corrosion, rainproof and ultraviolet-resistant surface treatment. The overall protection grade reaches IP54, which can stably resist rain, dust, high temperature and wind erosion in outdoor open-air environments. The independent sealed compartment design prevents internal component dampness and dust accumulation, ensuring long-term stable operation in complex outdoor working conditions.

By dynamically compensating system reactive power, the equipment effectively reduces reactive power circulation of transformers and power lines, cuts down line transmission loss and transformer no-load loss. It stabilizes terminal grid voltage, suppresses voltage fluctuation, improves power supply quality of rural and urban terminal grids, and brings continuous energy-saving and consumption-reducing benefits for power grid operation.

Equipped with perfect overload, short-circuit, overvoltage and leakage protection mechanisms, the equipment can quickly cut off faulty circuits to ensure grid and equipment safety. The internal modular layout is reasonable and orderly, with independent wiring and compensation cavities, facilitating daily inspection, fault troubleshooting and component replacement. The lightweight integrated structure supports convenient pole-mounted installation and later maintenance.
